Cables for utilities, locomotives, lift trucks, elevators, switch gear and many other applications are available. We swedge the terminal to the copper by cold forming. This process
provides a reduced resistance from point to point much lower than standard power cables with loose-piece type terminals.
We can produce any flexible lead or cable assembly using modern methods, equipment and procedures in the quantity desired while maintaining quality at competitive prices.
The pictured flexible shunts are utilized in applications where bus bars are insufficient due to extensive movement of one or more of the current carrying members and/or where heavy vibration prevails in the system.
NEMA standard flexible connectors are also available from 300-3000 AMP with 9/16” standard hole size. These connectors are available in bare copper, silver plated and tin plated. Insulation ranging from PVC, neoprene and polyolefin are also provided where necessary.
